I am the Web2.0

As if LinkedIn didn’t suck away enough of my life this summer, now Facebook is closing in to eat up my winter. So, now I’m up to date with the rest of the world, just in time for the next world to come out. I’m always a version behind. Maybe I’ll pull a Microsoft and jump to Web 8.0. Meh.

About two week’s ago my wife had her long awaited tonsillectomy. That’s where they take a mostly healthy person, knock them out, and take all kinds of rusty saws and tools and stuff and cut you up real bad. I had to take care of her, the kids, the cats, my job, including a site release, a dead hamster, a new not dead hamster, a flood, a power outage, church, and a snowstorm. But, I guess that was really the easy part compared to my wife having to have the surgery.

Now I just have to survive this week, get to NY for happy holidays, get back so we can torture my daughter with the same surgery, and take some time off.

Looking forward to having some time to get the trainer out and biking. Maybe I’ll even re-mount my ice tires and go outside. Also going to blog more, now that I’m plugged into the machine.
